The Craven Heifer is a traditional pub, well placed within the heart of Ingleton. From our doorstep you can explore the land of caves and waterfalls. Just a short 2-minute drive away is Ingleton Waterfalls, a spectacular location to take in the beautiful scenery Ingleton has to offer. If visiting with youngsters, the Settle Treasure Hunt Trail is the perfect opportunity for your little ones to search the streets of Settle, looking for clues on a downloadable PDF and is only a 20- minute drive away! If in need of any directions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Located just two miles from Ingleton, White Scar Cave is Britain’s longest show cave. Join a guided tour through an extraordinary underground landscape of waterfalls, stalactites and vast natural caverns, including the impressive Battlefield Cavern.
Beezley Falls forms part of the famous Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, a spectacular 4.5-mile circular walk beginning in the village. Follow the River Doe through ancient woodland and dramatic gorges, passing a series of waterfalls and natural beauty spots along the way.
Situated on Main Street in the heart of Ingleton, Craftopia is a welcoming independent craft shop filled with wool, fabric and creative supplies. It also hosts workshops and friendly crafting sessions, making it well worth a visit for anyone who enjoys getting creative.
Ingleton is ideally placed for exploring the Yorkshire Three Peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent. Experienced walkers can tackle the famous 24-mile challenge, while shorter routes allow visitors to enjoy the surrounding landscape at a more relaxed pace.
A short journey from Ingleton, Bentham Golf Course offers a picturesque 18-hole parkland course with panoramic views towards the Yorkshire Three Peaks and the Lake District fells. Its friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities make it suitable for both experienced golfers and beginners.
